What To Expect
Most people park on the larger lot to the left of the building (if you're facing the church from the street). You'll see double-doors on the side of the building to walk through. When you come into the church, you'll be greeted by our warm welcoming team. Someone can help you find a seat in the sanctuary where you will be welcomed as you are . . . a child of the King of kings!
We have a high value for worship and experiencing the presence of God. There is a relaxed and spontaneous atmosphere where one of our wonderful worship teams leads us into a time of encountering God through song and celebration. We want to be sensitive to the Spirit of God, and so we like to give room for spontaneous times of ministry and allowing for people to share things God has placed on their hearts.
We have an equally high value for God's Word and so, after a time of announcements and an offering, the pastor or a guest speaker will unpack the Bible through the lens of God's unsearchable grace. Christ and Him crucified is our glorious theme and celebration! As a result, we often celebrate communion together. (And regarding dress code, please come however you feel comfortable. Most people dress casual.)
A wonderful nursery program for ages 0 to 3 is available throughout the service (though infants and toddlers are completely welcome in our family-friendly service). Sunday School is available for ages 4 to 12 and we have other groups during the week for older children. Kids are typically dismissed after the worship time is over. When the service has ended, you are encouraged to stay around and make some new friends.
